Forgot Password

The auto complete feature on different internet browsers keen to put users email address in the textbox that wants a code from SMS entered into it. To avoid confusion we have suppressed the auto complete on this page. See before and after examples below.

The one on the right has the fix.

Auctionmarts Mobile App

Further filter options. If you are a team of auction staff booking in lots you can now see what the rest of the team have booked in on your phone as well.

Untick Just Show Lots I Entered to see lots your team have entered as well.

Hide \ Show Live Video Stream

From the AC users can hide the live stream quickly if they need to. However sometimes people forget to unhide it, so we have made it clearer when the stream has been hidden.

Above stream is live and not hidden.

User clicks hide video stream. The live stream is hidden.

In the main screen of the AC there is a new button clearly visible to remind you to show video streams if you have it hidden. Clicking the button unhides & shows the video stream.

Auto Accept Internet Bids

From the cogs click enable auto accept internet bids. When this is enabled and an internet bid is placed the clerk does not have to click the bidder to accept it is automatically done.

Instead of having to click the internet bid button below. It happens automatically.

OSE (Online Sale Editor)

Automatic Sell Timed lots in NAS

When timed lots end and sell there is a setting to automatically sell them straight into NAS, so the user does not have to import them. The option is set in the cogs. To automatically sell timed lots click the enable auto accept internet bids button.

Automatic Starting Price

In the OSE Sale setup wizard there is the option to set the start bid based on a % of a reserve (if entered).

 The starting bid buttons below are 80% of the reserve to the nearest increment value. When the lots are posted online this is dynamically calculated. They do not appear in the Starting Bid column in the OSE. This is a manual override for starting bids.

If you do not want to calculate to the increment value. Untick it.

Closed Accounts Warning on Timed Import

If a NAS account has been closed but the online account is still enabled the user is prompted at import shown below.

Auto Expand Section � Created automatically

A new option added to the wizard to auto expand the section. Tick this if you want the section to be expanded by default.

The result on the lot drilldown on Auctionmarts is shown below. Payment details shows a section that is not expanded. Bidding Tips shows an expanded section example.

Youtube shorts

You couldn�t add a youtube short to the URL option in OSE before. Now you can.

Customer List � Failed Mobile Numbers

Mobiles that generated a failed status when attempting to send SMS to them are noted in the failed mobile numbers report in the customer list part of NAS. You need to correct or delete these so they do not continue to cost you money with no chance of reaching the intended customer.

Close Sale Enhancements

If a contra has been saved on a seller account but the lot deleted after the system warns the user before the sale can be closed.

The user can see who the contra was on and address the issue as required, or right click and delete the contra to continue.

Exit and refresh the control report and hopefully if all is well you can close the sale.
